PALM has been a California C corporation for nine years and has been resident in the Silicon Valley for that time.

Management

Paul L. Petronelli is the founder of PALM Associates, Inc. a software product development company that has been operating in the Silicon Valley for the last 10 years. As the principle in PALM, Paul has built the company from nothing into a blue chip developer that implements products for new startups and Fortune 100 companies. His responsibilities include business development, financial management, marketing, sales, hiring and project management. Over the last decade, PALM Associates, has been instrumental in helping make a number of new Silicon Valley startups successful. Mr. Petronelli has been the chief architect of products for OpenWave, Vertical Networks, Telocity and numerous other new startups as well as products for Microsoft, WebTv, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Intel, Dialogic, ADC/Newnet, Voice Processing Corporation and others.

For six years PALM's Software Development Manager has been Grace Li. Earlier Ms. Li was a development team leader at Hewlett Packard and a communications software developer at Varian Associates, Inc.

Other members of PALM's engineering staff have MS, and PhD degrees from Stanford, University of Louvain-la-Neuve, U.C. Santa Clara, Claremont Colleges and others. Experience levels range from 1 or 2 years for entry to 10 years and up for principle level.
